Terms of Service
Last updated: 14 May 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of the All Day Books mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Service is provided by All Day Books (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: hello@alldaybooks.co.uk.
2. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is designed for UK sole traders, landlords and small businesses managing their own bookkeeping.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service;
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent financial information.
5. Financial information and tax
The Service helps you organise your bookkeeping records and surfaces tax estimates based on general HMRC rules. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant or tax adviser. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and for any tax filings you make with HMRC.
6. Early access
During the early-access period the Service is provided free of charge. Features may change, and we may introduce paid tiers in the future. We will give clear notice before charging you.
7. Your data
You retain all rights to your data. You can export everything we hold for you from inside the app at any time. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Cancelling and deleting
You can delete your account at any time from Account → Legal → Delete account. This permanently removes every record tied to your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed deadlines or penalties from third parties. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death, personal injury, or fraud).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes we will tell you in-app or by email before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
